    Warning. King Wah House in Stapenhill. Takes money and doesn’t deliver food. Called the restaurant. Told that it had been sent out with other deliveries and an hour and a half later I am still waiting. Order placed at :pm and still no food. £ order! No refund! Utterly ridiculous. Woman on the phone argued that I hadn’t ordered when I have the order on my phone with Uber Eats. Uber Eats also as bad as cause their delivery drivers don’t deliver then they can’t do anything!Avoid King Wah House in Stapenhill at all cost.

    Unfortunately Star is too much following the service we received at the King Wah House today. Such a shame, it used to a nice place lovely food and great service and nice people. For the last few years we have had at least one take away a week, but In the last few months the standards have dropped to the floor. For our last four orders there has been a item missing, in fairness they have brought the missing food within an hour, not helpful if you wanted to eat all of your order at the same time.However, today we ordered for pm via just eat, the food arrived at pm a full hour early?. This was not helpful but we accepted better than being late. However yet again a main meal item was missing. We phoned up directly to the King Wha House who were disappointing unhelpful but agreed to send out our meal ASAP. Within minutes the missing meal arrived with a most rude deliver person who called me a liar as he said the chef had counted out the order, the lady (??) had counted out the order so we must have had it. He said we could have it this time but would have to pay again if items were missing again.At this point the driver in the car at the far end of our drive shouted at the top of his voice there are other takeaways down the road, use then next time.If he is reading this, thanks for the advice, we will not be back, thank you.
